Synopsis:

In today’s digital age, screen time and media consumption have become integral parts of children’s lives. The “Healthy Screen Time & Media Choices” workshop aims to equip parents with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate this complex landscape.

This parenting workshop delves into the impact of media exposure on children, exploring both its benefits and potential risks and guidelines for screen time to help parents set appropriate limits. It also includes a practical five-step approach to cultivating healthy family technology habits, fostering a positive relationship between children and technology, and supporting well-rounded development.
