More than 240 golfers teed off at MWS’ 37th annual charity golf tournament, organised by Paya Lebar Methodist Church, to raise funds for MWS Nursing Home – Eunos.

More than 200 guests gathered for the MWS Colours of Love Charity Gala, which also marked MWS’ 45th year, to raise funds for pressing needs across MWS services.

As a member of Wesley Methodist Church, I experienced first-hand the care and support of the church community, especially in journeying with my ageing parents. When my father-in-law passed away, the church walked alongside our family through the funeral arrangements and supported my mother-in-law, which eventually led her to become a Methodist. More than a church, it felt like family – and this contribution is my small way of giving back.

Our support for MWS is modest compared to the significant contributions they make to society, but we hope it nonetheless enables them to continue delivering the care required.
