Children whose parents are going through divorce may not show outward signs of distress. CODIP is an evidence-based prevention programme specifically designed to help children cope with challenging family changes. Since its inception in 1982, CODIP has helped thousands of children around the world including the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. CODIP will help reduce the stress of parental divorce for children. and teach them skills to cope with its challenges.

The Programme helps children:

• Build resilience through family changes

• Manage and express anger in healthy ways

• Develop problem-solving skills

• Strengthen child-parent relationships

• Boost self-esteem and self-worth

* A minimum number of participants is required for each session

* Parents need to complete a triaging checklist for programme suitability
