Prepare/Enrich Marriage Enrichment Programme is a nationwide programme supported by Families for Life (FFL) and the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF).

It uses the Prepare/Enrich assessment to provide personalised insights into couple relationship dynamics, personality differences, and commitment.

    Synopsis:

    • Gain a deeper understanding of relationship dynamics and personalities through the Prepare/Enrich assessment inventory tool with the help of a Certified Facilitator
    • Have a clearer understanding of your strengths and growth areas as a couple while developing confidence and relationship skills

    What You’ll Experience:

    • Meaningful conversations – Deepen connection and strengthen understanding
    • Practical tools – Build skills for everyday interactions with your spouse
    • Know yourself and your spouse better – Discover insights that bring you closer together
    • Learn and grow together – Explore new perspectives and grow as a team

      Note: There are 4 sessions for this programme. Please ensure that you can attend all sessions.
