Patron's Message

Patron's Message

True and lasting change does not happen in isolation. It unfolds when people – diverse in background yet united in compassion – come together around a shared calling to serve those in need. That shared purpose is the heart of MWS: a conviction that every person deserves dignity, opportunity, and the support of a caring community.

As Methodist Welfare Services (MWS) marks 45 years of service in 2026, I give thanks to God for His faithfulness, provision, and guidance through every season of our journey. Since our founding in 1981, MWS has remained anchored in the vision of being Christ-centred in enabling the disadvantaged and distressed to have life to the full.
